design process

consultation
we will discuss your event vision and design ideas, stationery goals and expectations, your budget and timeline, printing options and rough estimates/pricing.

proposal and deposit
a proposal with itemized estimates for design fees and printing costs will be provided.
if agreed on, you’ll sign the proposal and submit a deposit to cover 50% of
the design fees in advance.

design concepts
two design options for your project will be presented, along with a more detailed printing estimate. we will review these together and you’ll decide which
concept to move forward with.

feedback
we will collaborate to refine your stationery through three rounds of revisions {further edits will incur an additional fee}. design proofs will be sent via email as PDF digital files. print proofs are available {provided you have enough time} for an additional fee.

final payment
the design process is finalized by submitting your email approval or signature on
print proof. remaining design fees and 100% of print fees are collected before your
files are sent to the printer for production.

printing and delivery
print production is coordinated by me. you will be given a timeframe for printing and delivery. shipping costs and methods are selected and paid by you in advance if needed.
